Based on our unique dry paper grinding system, we have developed one & only business model, consisting of fiber know-how, unique machine design, processing expertise,compounding experiences and molding techniques. The difficulty of recycling paper coffee cup is well known because of the coating over the paper.
Unless you had new ways to remove the plastic and the wax, it is impossible to recycle the cup
back into paper. ERI has been asked to bring the solutions of cup recycling using our grinding
technology. Since we are manufacturing paper plastics composites, we can help customers
utilize plastic-contained cups back into new plastic products such as trays or coffee cup lids.

Another request from the industry is a large scale recycilng as a part of closed loop recycling
to be more eco-firendly.Not only ERI can recycle a huge volume of paper cups, includling cuttings,
shavings and trimmings from cup manufacturers, we can grind cups into fine powder without
using liquid chemicals and without adding heat for the process. Now our technology is regarded
as one of the best breakthroughs for cup recycling.
